Bilingual ES/EN sessions, or full English on request
All our lead facilitators work in Spanish and English at a professional level. For teams whose working language is English (typical in tech companies with a foreign HQ), we run the whole session in English. For mixed teams, we alternate according to the make-up of the group.

Do you offer team building activities in English in Valencia?
Yes. Our lead facilitators run sessions in English at native fluency level. For fully international teams, we deliver the entire session in English. For mixed teams, we alternate or run two parallel groups by working language. No additional fee for English delivery.
Do the activities work with teams that include people who do not speak Spanish?
Yes, and this is one of our main differentiators in Valencia. Our core activities — percussion, batucada, haka, dance — work on the non-verbal plane. A team with 5 different nationalities and no common language can complete the session with the same level of participation throughout.
We are based in Valencia but our HQ is in the US or UK. Can you send a report or video of the event?
Yes. On prior request we deliver an internal communications pack that includes a 60-90 second summary video, professional photography of the session, and an executive summary in English with participation metrics. Useful for sharing with HQ or remote teams.
Can you cover us if our company is in Paterna, L'Eliana, Parc Tecnològic or another business park in the metropolitan area?
Yes. We cover the whole Valencia metropolitan area with no additional travel cost. For places further out (Castellón, Sagunto, Gandia) please ask.
Do you come from Madrid or Barcelona, or do you have a local team in Valencia?
Our main base is in Barcelona and we operate across Spain. For Valencia we bring in the lead facilitation team. That guarantees the same level of quality we deliver in Madrid or Barcelona, with no variation between locations.
Can the activity be held outdoors? Valencia's climate allows it for most of the year.
Yes. Most of our activities work outdoors on much the same terms as indoors. Valencia has more than 280 days of sunshine a year, which opens up outdoor windows that are more limited in Madrid or Bilbao.
What is the minimum and maximum number of people?
Sessions from 10 people (operational minimum) up to 500 people (large events split into coordinated sub-groups). The operational sweet spot is between 25 and 120 people.
How much does it cost?
The budget is worked out on four variables: number of participants, the activity chosen, the length of the session and the venue. For standard groups (40-80 people, 90 minutes, at the client’s premises), the indicative range is set out in a tailored proposal after the first call.
How long does a typical session last?
Between 60 and 120 minutes. The longer sessions are kept for events where team building is the main component of the day. To fit it in as a block within a wider kick-off or offsite, we recommend 90 minutes.
