WHAT IS MOVIE SONGS TEAM BUILDING?
It is an immersive dance experience that teaches the importance of teamwork, synchronisation and non-verbal communication. Participants learn to listen, adapt, trust and lead, breaking down barriers such as shyness and the fear of getting it wrong. Led by teachers with corporate experience, the activity encourages collaboration and genuine connection, carrying those lessons back into the workplace. No previous experience required.

A single group works on one style, which reinforces unity and cohesion.
Team competition
Each group learns the same choreography and competes in a final with a panel of judges

Sub-groups each work on a different style and present their choreographies at the end.

// How does the activity unfold?
We start with a reflection on the similarities between a dance company and a work team:
After that reflection, we run warm-up and ice-breaking exercises, creating a safe space for expression and enjoyment.
The session adapts to the agenda of the event, taking into account the dance style, the participation format, the optional extras and the time available. The group will rehearse the choreography, facing individual and collective challenges, right through to the final performance.
Participants present their version of the song in a vibrant show, applying what they have learned and facing challenges that reflect their ability to collaborate and co-ordinate.
This experience builds trust within the team, along with leadership and active listening skills that are essential for improving collaboration and performance in the workplace.
Logistics and location
We travel to wherever you are
We take care of everything; all we need is a space and we bring the rest. The most important thing is making sure the people leading the activity can be seen and heard, so that everyone can get the most out of it.
We run activities across Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Seville, the Balearics and the Canaries. And if you are outside our borders, we can come to you there too! We travel to wherever the event is being held with everything the activity needs.
Indoors or Outdoors?
The activity adapts to both. For large groups we recommend running it indoors, in an open-plan or amphitheatre-style room where everyone can see and hear the person leading the activity.
Sound
We provide microphones and audio equipment so you can live the experience like a star.
Costumes and Make-up
Optional: costumes + make-up. Includes costumes for the whole group and make-up depending on the style chosen, plus 1 person in charge of that part of the workshop.

No, no previous experience is required. All you need is the willingness to flow, adapt and build together as a team.
The styles available include:
-Thriller Dance Team-Building: we master Michael Jackson’s iconic choreography.
-Pop Dance Team-Building: corporate choreography to contemporary music.
-Mamma Mia – ABBA Dance Team-Building: we dance to ABBA’s greatest hits in a vibrant, colourful routine.
-Flamenco Dance Team-Building: rhythm, strength and passion in every step.
-African Dance Team-Building: pure energy to the beat of African drums.
-Samba Reggae Team-Building: the vitality of Brazilian rhythm put to work for the team.
-Salsa Dance Team-Building: joy and connection through Latin rhythm.
-Grease Dance Team-Building: we recreate the energy and attitude of the film classic.
The formats are:
One group, one style: ideal for large teams (up to 1,000 people).
Team competition: each team learns the same choreography and competes in a final.
Show Dance – Different styles: each sub-group works on a different style and they present their choreographies together.
You can add extras such as costumes, make-up, live musicians, video recording, a photo report, and a special welcome with Batucada Tumbatá (Madrid).
The activity is designed for groups from small up to 500 people, with adapted options for up to 1,000.
