The most effective team building activities are the ones that involve the group actively and create a shared experience. Formats such as batucada team building, the haka or musical activities work particularly well because they combine participation, energy and coordination as a team.
We work with small and large groups, from compact teams to conventions of several hundred delegates. We adapt the format to the number of participants and the type of event.
No. All our activities are designed for people with no previous experience. The aim is for any participant to be able to join in quickly and become part of the activity.
We can run team building activities indoors or outdoors, in hotels, event venues or on the company’s own premises. We travel throughout Spain.
The usual duration is between 60 and 90 minutes, although we can adapt it to the format of the event and the client’s objectives.
You work directly with the team that designs and delivers the activity. We are not an agency. We are musicians and facilitators with more than 20 years of experience working with groups, which lets us adapt the experience to the context of the event for real.
Yes. We can steer the activity towards cohesion, communication, attitude, celebration or energising the group. We also offer a free preliminary video call to define the most suitable approach.
